When do you take a moment to sit, relax and reflect on things that are important to you? What stress reducing techniques do you use? Today, Monday, February 13th is such a day for me. I am feeling the stress and pressures of everyday life and it's weighing heavy on me. Most of you know that I sustained a back injury in 2009 slipping on ice after leaving work. I subsequently had back surgery to correct one issue and minimal treatment for the relief of pain. My lower back vertebrae has 3 bulging discs which sometimes causes me to not be able to sit for long periods of time, walk or even stand comfortably. That makes my day very hard. As you can imagine, I am frustrated when I can't do the things that I want to do and I have to sit it out and wait for my body to say, it's okay to do something now. Stress .. is not a good thing so I'm looking for ways to relieve it naturally, no drugs... I'm looking for suggestions... please post them here... I do appreciate it..
